The content on mullerpainting.net is general information about painting and our services. It is not a quote or a contract, and it may change without notice.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are typical ranges for planning. Every job is priced after a walkthrough, and only a written price from us is binding once you accept it.

Scheduling and work

Dates are agreed in writing. Exterior work depends on weather and may move when temperature, rain or humidity would harm the finish.

How calls are handled

Our phone is answered 24/7. On days every Muller painter is already committed, a call may be passed to another trusted local painting company so you are not left waiting. You will be told before that happens, and any work done by that company is agreed directly between you and them.

Historic districts and permits

Some exterior changes in DC historic districts, such as painting unpainted masonry, generally need review. We point these out during walkthroughs, but confirming approvals is the owner's responsibility unless our written agreement says otherwise.
