Privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Muller Painting collects through mullerpainting.net and through phone calls to our business line, and how we use it.

Information we collect

The website has no forms and no accounts. When you call us, we note your name, phone number, the job address and details about the work so we can schedule a walkthrough and prepare a price.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use the details you give us to answer your questions, schedule visits, prepare written prices, do the work and follow up on it. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only when it is needed to do the work you asked for, such as with a paint supplier for a color match, with a building manager to arrange access, or when the law requires it. If we pass your call to another local painting company on a fully booked day, we tell you before doing so.

Fonts and maps

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers. Links to Google Maps open Google's own site, which has its own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep job records as long as they are useful for follow-up questions, touch-ups and tax records. Call us if you would like your details corrected or removed.
